How to activate?

Soak for 20 min at room temperature with squeezed and sliced limes/lemons. Rinse out water and soak again for another 10 minutes.

The sea moss will turn into a translucent purple color, it will take on a slippery, soft texture. The size will double.

Drain off the water, rinse clean.

Add spring water (preferably hot to further expand the mass of sea moss ) and sea moss to the blender, blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a mason jar, and refrigerate. Allow up to an hour for thickening
